The Business Innovation team is focused on building the next generation of tools and analytics for Bankers. The new platform is designed to enhance the workflows of front-office employees and significantly improve productivity by focusing on high-value efforts and simplifying low-value tasks. The Business Innovation team is actively collaborating with the front-office and technology teams to design and drive the roadmap of the products being built.

Job Description

• Work across the dealer with front-office teams in Global Markets, Corporate & Investment Baking and Global Transaction Banking
• Perform internal and Client Services for cross-Dealer products & services that include CRM/SRM/TD Workspace
• Contribute to the cross-Dealer Digital Client Strategy across CIB and GM businesses in Client Analytics (e.g. Tiering, Client Portal, Corporate Access)
• Act as a champion for the adoption of the cross-dealer products
• Understand the front-office User Experience and be a bi-lateral advocate for both the cross-dealer products and the front-office users
• Key member in support and administration of cross-Dealer products (i.e. CRM, client analytics, entitlement & coverage)
• Data administration/data governance (cross-dealer products including CRM)

o Working with the business, lead the development, implementation, and BAU execution of policies and processes that:
Monitor the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the data
Monitor and detect potential conflicts in the sharing of information across the platform
Document, communicate, and encourage best practices for data usage, sharing, and data accuracy
o Ensure the proper addition of new clients or users to the platform, including via onboarding to Entity Master and other TD systems (as per our Client Onboarding process)

• Contribute to the product roadmap:
o Participate in business requirements for new CRM and cross-dealer product releases, working alongside business leads to reflect the needs of the user community
o Capture user requests and pain points, keeping business leads and desk champions informed of key issues raised
o Assist business leads with reviews of technology system requirements, and business acceptance testing
o Create and deliver communiques to the business to accompany new releases
o Update and deliver revised training materials as needed

• Business reporting:
o Create adhoc or customized reports for the business
o Create regular usage reports of products
o Assist business leads with compliance supervisory activities and monitoring the sharing of information
o Assist with user attestation issues and recertification

• User support and training:
o Working with Identity & Access Management, manage the onboarding of new users to the platform (license requests, user setup, data setup, mobile, etc.)
o Deliver training for new users
o Provide ongoing training as needed for existing users
o Develop and deliver training materials (including recorded training sessions)
o Proactively encourage adoption across the user community
o Working with Technology Level 1 and Level 2 support groups, provide user support to front-line business support
o Monitor the support mailbox and respond to user queries
o Deliver user communications for production issues impacting the platform
o Assist with problem triage

Job Requirements

Product Planning and Execution
• Understand user requirements/workflows to help shape product roadmap, and standardize processes across LOBs
• Stage the execution of product roadmap in concert with business innovation, bankers, global markets, technology and vendors
• Work with business innovation team to identify and support opportunities for high-value analytics and efficient workflows
• Drive adoption of new tools and processes, by staying engaged with front line professionals
• Close coordination with business management, CDO, operations, business management, and technology

Qualifications

• Intimate with cross-dealer processes and best practices;
• Can perform testing to validate features if needed
• Can document feedback from users if needed
• Familiarity with Capital Markets and/or Investment Banking processes (compliance, technology, business management)
• Deep understanding of cross-dealer products and workflows (e.g. CRM, coverage)
• Front-office experience is ideal
• Experience interacting with front-office directly (L3 support, day-to-day management/administration of the platform, custodian of coverages/contacts/accounts, data steward ensuring high quality data, change mgmt. planning/end user training);
• Strategic thinker - ability to think both micro and macro to help translate business needs into system requirements
• Deep experience with vendor platforms across the spectrum of activities (i.e. market data vendors, Salesforce)
• Advanced skills in using of MS Office applications
• Adept at initiating and developing relationships with multiple parties across the organization, particularly front-office teams
