Our psychologist will be responsible with facilitating intervention sessions with patients and their families, follow session protocols, and provide consultations to veterans, family members and community providers. She/he will work closely with team members to prepare materials for intervention sessions and complete required clinical documentation and electronic data entry, progress notes and all additional required documentation to assist with coordination of the intervention.

PhD or PsyD in Psychology or related fields;
Psychologist license required

2 years post doc experience required

Experience in
the area of military, veterans, family, trauma, prevention and/or research.

working successfully in a team environment. Ability to work effectively and
closely with other members of the clinical and research teams.

Skill in
ethical and professional behavior.

delivering trauma informed behavioral interventions to clients in individual
and particularly group settings.

Skill in
developing rapport with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to
administer assessment protocols.

Skill in
keeping accurate and timely records.

written and verbal communication skills.

organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to
work independently and report to supervisors and leadership on a regular basis
and in a timely manner.

Must have
valid driver's license, auto insurance and access to an automobile.

Flexible hours
some evenings and weekends.

Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access. Ability to follow University Policy
and Procedures.
