Clinical Redesign Specialist

In close collaboration with other members of the ValU Care Redesign team as well as clinical and operational teams, you will support health system performance improvement initiatives, including the MOVERS/ValU initiative. You will assess problems, compile/analyze data, develop improvement teams, design/collect metrics, and facilitate improvement efforts. This role involves the use of Lean and other appropriate improvement approaches to facilitate and sustain change.

For this high-profile role, we're seeking a driven, innovative, customer focused change agent with:
* Bachelor's degree required - Master's preferred
* Two to three years of experience in hospital management/consulting
* Proven success in operations, process improvement and project management
* Understanding of Lean/ Six Sigma methodology
* Knowledge of health care delivery, including strategy, business planning, operations and finance
* Ability to effectively drive competitive advantage under dynamic conditions
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving and team-building skills
* Raises performance to levels that would not otherwise be achieved
