Manager, Treasury

As a Manager of the U.S. Businesses, Intelligent Operations and Data Analytics team, reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact outcomes for the Treasury department by leading business transformation, cross-functional initiatives, process improvement, and technology driven automation.

This role provides broad exposure to the Treasury department by working directly with the various teams to drive operational excellence and bridge the gap between strategy and execution. The role will drive the delivery of critical business transformation programs, resulting in process and resource efficiency for the organization. These transformation programs can range from streamlining processes to implementing new technologies, with a strong business partnership with CIO, Risk Management, Finance, and various technology teams,

The ideal candidate is a critical thinking and data-driven problem solver, with a passion for optimizing processes through value-add analysis, experimentation, innovation and driving change. This individual will have successfully participated in a business transformation program, or is looking for that opportunity, and is able to effectively communicate and influence business partners across multiple levels of the organization.

Strong analytical skills, a life-long learning mindset, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic organization are essential to succeeding in this role. This is an ‘active participant’ role that requires initiative, curiosity, innovation, and courage. Having capital markets, business experience, or a desire to learn and develop that knowledge base is beneficial.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across department to find and showcase ideas for innovation and improvement and partner with Global Technology, and other partners to bring transformational end-to-end process re-engineering efforts to life.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset and recommend approaches to problems.
  • Demonstrate analytical approach to process improvement and translate strategy and initiatives into action by providing coordination, project management, and leadership to key initiatives and priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and actively work to develop knowledge and understanding of the businesses, capital markets, and technology platforms.
  • Interact at all levels from executive leaders to associates.Balance diplomacy with challenging the status quo by professionally disagreeing and never disrespecting.
  • Strong solutions orientation and execution mindset; operate well with ambiguity and with a high degree of independence, collaboration, resilience, curiosity, agility, and adaptability.


Prior Experience:
  • 5+ years of combined experience in finance, process transformation, project management, or consulting combined with fintech or data science experience


Academic Background:
  • Bachelors' Degree (Concentration in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or Computer Science)


Skills/Capabilities:
  • Familiarity with finance, accounting, capital markets or related concepts
  • Self-starter who can work well independently while collaborating across several areas
  • Multi-task in a dynamic environment, with strong project management skills
  • Ability to use data efficiently and effectively to draw out insights and calculate improvements/benefits
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
