Job Summary

This position is open to current PSEG employees only

Position is responsible for managing the development of rate design, pricing strategy, economic and engineering cost analysis, as well as mechanisms to recover approximately $7 billion of revenues from PSE&G's retail electric and gas customers while minimizing risk from uncertainties, and advising the direction, planning and managing of the activities of the Corporate Rates & Revenue Requirements Department. Lead development of Company policies that provide consistent interpretation and application of rates, terms and other charges to customers, and provide documentation of such interpretations. Coordinate Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities as well as website positing requirements for the group.

Job Specific Qualifications

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in utility with 2 years in rates/regulatory
• Demonstrated analytical experience and experience with spreadsheets and modeling
• Demonstrated skills communicating with customers, internal partners at all levels

Preferred:
• MBA or mix of bachelor’s degree in a technical & finance/accounting
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance
