Analyst Inventory

Description/Job Summary

This position is responsible for department's inventory preparation. This incumbent schedules all inventories for stores, plants and reloads. This position works with the Accounts Payable department to reconcile any issues impacting the stores' inventory and will take on any tasks assigned by the department manager during the inventory process.

Essential Functions
  • Audits all inventories for 84 Lumber, 84 Components, and Reloads.
  • Works with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate inventory adjustments are made.
  • Reconciles differences between the stores receiving and the vendors invoicing for the current inventory stores.
  • Handles other tasks as assigned by department manager.
  • Work with stores to resolve issues involving a wide range of areas
  • Work with Purchasing/Pricing Allocation Programs to ensure accuracy

  • Understanding of Store P.O.S. System with the ability to log in to resolve issues

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or at least 2 years of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job; or equivalent combination of education and training
