Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Automated Systems (e.g. Distributed Control System , robotics)
  • Customer Input Process systems (automated and manual)
  • SIP systems (automated and manual)
  • Decontamination equipment
  • Cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Identification systems
  • Process vessels
  • Computer and automated data systems (e.g. IMPACT, Laboratory Information Management System , Production Operations Management System , Equipment Ordering System , PC)
  • Material handling equipment (e.g. Hand jacks, carts, hand trucks, hoists, bio-safety cabinets, chemical fume hoods, freezers, thaw baths and pumps)
  • Weight systems (e.g. Scales, balances)
  • Environmental monitoring equipment (e.g. Sterilizable Microbial Atrium , particle counters)
  • Maintain areas in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and other applicable regulatory guidelines by performing all necessary housekeeping, disinfection, and waste management of assigned production environments
  • Adheres to all our Company safety guidelines and procedures
  • Monitor facility conditions during activities defined above and perform general tasks to ensure the environment and equipment are maintained in full regulatory compliance
  • Aligned with production activities, will assist others in removing used process equipment or assisting with the break down of equipment following completed operations
  • Maintain appropriate GMP documentation for all responsible activities and ensure compliance with all training requirements
  • Using appropriate data management systems, manages and ensures inventory of all necessary production and support supplies
  • Conducts all tasks to ensure a supply of sterile and/or cleaned equipment
  • Steam Sterilization activities using autoclaves and Distributive Control Systems


Education Requirements
