Sr. Consultant, Analytics, Resource Planning - WFH Anywhere in the US

Job Description
The position will act as an owner for the coordination, delivery and prioritization of projects related to the system access needs of internal and vendor partners that service the business during key times throughout the year. The candidate must be able to work independently to research and document issues, determine possible alternatives, development and implement solutions. The Senior Consultant must be able to write clear, concise documentation as well as possess outstanding customer service skills that allow the candidate to work well with varying levels in the organization. The Senior Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, fulfilling the function of both project manager and ability to navigate and build Access databases. The Senior Consultant will also work on projects as they relate to Resource Planning as needed. This is a full-time WFH role anywhere in the US

Required Qualifications
-Regular and predictable attendance
-Candidate will be required to work mandatory overtime/extended work week when needed
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio, Access, Outlook) and Windows based applications
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and often under time constraints
-Determine/implement best solutions for issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of:
- Knowledge of PBM processes/call center environments and strong analytical background
Skill in:
- Detail orientation, presentation, leadership and communication preferred
Ability To:
-Maintain a high standard of operational quality and data integrity

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
