Senior Manager of Capital and Value Delivery

Job Description
We have an outstanding opportunity to join our Process Innovation Team under our Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) division.

As a Senior Manager of Capital and Value Delivery, you will be engaged across all Strategy & Innovation initiative teams, with emphasis on capital planning, capital budget management, value tracking and milestone tracking across all Innovation initiatives, including Return on investment measurement and financial EBIT contribution.

You will create and maintain standards for value tracking and performance measurement; and plays an essential role in ensuring standards are used across the Innovation team. The Senior Manager will work with Initiative owners and Partners at all levels of the organization to track the health and status of all in-flight projects across Strategy and Innovation and promote transparent value tracking across all Member Services value commitments that relate to Innovation initiatives.

You will also govern future year value tracking and support our annual strategic planning process.

Required Qualifications
•Direct experience managing a capital budget and managing initiative value for the team.

•5+ years of professional business experience.

•3+ years of consulting or related high-level analytical experience in an operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications
•Experience building complex business models and creating a vision that inspires individuals/ organization to act.

•Master's Degree or equivalent experience managing capital portfolio investments and value delivery for plans.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant discipline.
