Senior Director, US Payer & Channel Marketing, MS and Depression

About This Role

This role will shape the long-term overall US marketing strategy for payer and channel customers for MS, Neuropsych and other future predominantly pharmacy benefit Therapeutic Areas.

What You’ll Do

· Develop strong marketing strategies for PBMs, payers and channel audiences

· Partner closely with Market Access Insights and Analytics team to set long-term key performance metrics and measures functional success List in order of importance

· Represent Market Access on brand leadership teams

· Partner with Medical and Global Value & Access to inform efforts to obtain critical data for payers

· Directly oversee PCM teams for Multiple Sclerosis and Neuropsychiatry

Required Skills

· Deep understanding of US payer and PBM landscape including healthcare economics, payer and channel dynamics, account management, reimbursement/distribution

· Proven ability to lead/manage complex enterprise-wide strategic initiatives

· Experience building and leading teams to deliver business results

Preferred Skills

· Prior experience with brand marketing and strategy at major affiliate level

· Understanding of US promotional review requirements as they apply to payer audiences

· Familiarity with key health economic concepts
