The Manager, Insights & Execution, embedded within one of the franchises/functions*, proactively providing integrating insights and strategic guidance to business decisions. The Insights & Execution Analyst will need both franchise/function knowledge to synthesis of analytics, reporting, and research to provide significant insights to franchise management.

What will you be responsible for?
•Integrates insights, intelligence and analytics to generate insights that drives customer marketing strategy
•Develop insights to action presentation connected to strategic objectives
•Support the shaping of customer personas, micro segmentation, and based experience designed journeys.
•Project management in facilitation of cross-functional teams within a high matrix environment
•Manage the technical business requirement details on multiple omni-channel campaigns
•Support standardization and capability scale across the organization
•Ability to synthesize and analysis information to derive significant insights
•Self-driven and has ability to effectively present and defend analyses
•Understanding of customer marketing strategy and execution
•Organized with the ability to recall day-to-day activities and manage ongoing projects efficiently
•Understand, manage, document cross channel campaign execution as needed
•Ability to apply innovation, strategic planning and operation planning to develop business strategies for success.
•Conceptual thinker with the ability to continuously problem solve complex business challenges and manage to objectives
•Campaign and customer engagement optimization
•Visual storyteller
•Detail orientated

Minimum requirements

What you will bring to this role?
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in either Marketing, Insights, Consulting, Agency, Customer Experience Design, Behavior Sciences
•Hands on with CRM, Marketing, Social Data, and research
•Experience in cross channel marketing Insights
•Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
•Comfort with telling & shaping stories data
•Proven self-starter with high standards of excellence and an innovative mind
•Good interpersonal, communication, systems thinking and analytical skills
•Excels at interacting with a diverse group of people, all levels of management, including senior leadership
•Strong interpersonal and communications skills
