Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is key to Facebook's success. The Global Business DEI Recruiting Programs team is seeking a strategic and hands-on Program Manager who will partner with the recruiting team to design, launch, and manage a wide range of inclusive hiring initiatives and programs. This role will focus on building strong engagement across a myriad of stakeholders in order to effectively hire underrepresented talent across Business functions. As a DEI Recruiting PM, you will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners, including Global and regional Diversity PM's, to ensure we have consistency and alignment on programs across the organization. You will also be involved with evaluating internal and external partnerships, establishing scalable best practices, analyzing hiring performance, and providing data driven insights and recommendations. Integral to this role is the ability to be strategic, to influence and support leaders and key stakeholders, interact with multiple people at all levels across the organization, be responsive, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact.

Required Skills

  • Influence, manage relationships and drive impact through a cross-functional, collaborative internal ecosystem of partners in Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, People Analytics and business stakeholders
  • Effectively leverage data to propose solutions, track program key performance indicators and insights. Identify trends, ensure projects and programs align to company Diversity Equity & Inclusion priorities and key research
  • Prepare executive-level reporting on key metrics and project status and share updates regularly with recruiting leadership and other stakeholders
  • Focus on creating tools and frameworks that enable Recruiting to keep the business informed and engaged in critical diversity hiring initiatives
  • Propose industry-leading, creative solutions and influence leadership to take action
  • Lead and support projects when appropriate from initiation through to execution in order to scale and operationalize Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs across Recruiting and the business
  • Identify and build relationships with external partners, including thought leaders and organizations, that deliver impact and support our diversity and inclusion strategies for underrepresented groups
  • Champion DEI internally and externally by approaching all programming with diversity, equity and inclusion in mind

Minimum Qualification

  • 8+ years experience in recruitment, operations, and/or project management
  • 5+ years of experience translating data and insights into operational plans of action
  • Experience within the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving a program/project against KPIs through to completion
  • Experience partnering with leaders of management up to VP level

Preferred Qualification

  • Communication and leadership skills in order to influence operational changes and maximize adoption of new ideas, tools and practices
  • Experience collaborating and working with recruiting stakeholders across different locations and time zones
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail and deliver high quality work
  • Experience in fast-paced work environment and demonstrated agility during changes in priorities
