Anomaly and Failure Resolution Systems Author Supervisor Senior

Job Description
We are seeking a team leader with Logistics Analysis/Systems engineering experience to make significant contributions to the development of the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program.

In this position, the selected candidate will be responsible to supervise and author Anomaly & Failure Resolution Systems (AFRS) data for the F-35 Lightning II systems and subsystems. In addition to authoring assignments, the candidate may manage a variety of engineering services functions that could include technical publications, document control, database management, scheduling of priority data sets or similar engineering support activities. The candidate selected will ensure the timely, thorough, and accurate completion of all engineering services projects assigned. They will provide technical expertise in AFRS data development, logistics analysis, systems engineering, and personnel management for the development and sustainment of the F-35 JSF Autonomic Logistics and Global Sustainment systems. The selected candidate will assist upper management in identifying potential new products or business as well as defining program requirements; ensuring all AFRS contractual obligations are met. The candidate will supervise a team of technical professionals to include their initial hiring, orientation, training, work assignments, performance evaluations, and timesheet approvals. The candidate must also be available for occasional travel.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
