The Associate Shopper Marketing Category Lead - Sundial is also responsible forprovidinganalytical support to the Shopper Marketing Category Leadteam. The position is responsible for proactively analyzing and reviewing information from a variety of key areas. The Lead will providetop line analysis that will assist the Category LeadTeamin managing theentirebusiness with their multi-functional contacts.

  • Sundial
  • Lead the annual Shopper Marketing planning process.
  • Build brand understanding of the shopper and our key retailers
  • Act as the consolidated voice of the shopper and retailer during brand planning
  • Work with brand to develop briefs that the field Shopper Marketing team can action at their customers
  • Ensurefield shopper marketing programs are onbrandstrategy.
  • Assist in the development of Shopper Marketing Toolkit for thebrand
  • Act as the liaison between the brand and field shopper marketing team from a budget management standpoint.
  • Facilitate deep understanding and knowledge sharing between brand and field shopper marketing teams.
  • Represent Shopper Marketing in select Brand inter agencymeetings and other key brand checkpoints

  • Analyst
  • Program Administration (all categories)
  • Manage and update a centralized activity calendar. Capturing program details from Prism
  • Work with Cierant to improve automated version
  • Provide Category Leads with monthly reviews, identifying changes,riskand opportunities.
  • Budget Integrity (all categories)
  • Review monthly phasing reports and provide Category Leads with topline analysis.
  • Monitor PRISM, identifying significant changes at top customers and communicating details to Category Leads.
  • Funding Administration (all categories)
  • Create a Shopper Marketing budget tracker that provides "Year on Year" comparisons by brand.
  • Year on year comparisons to be made between in year, startingand ending budgets.
  • Provide details around each customer's share of volume vs share of budget.
  • Analyze this data and provide Category Leads with guidance in the budget allocation process.
  • Incremental Reviews (all categories)
  • Aggregate all incremental requests, providing regular updates to Category Leads.
  • Analyze requests and provide Category Leads with topline observations and recommendations.
  • Ongoing Communication (all categories)
  • Manage weekly communication summary cascade to the field.
  • Showcase in market activity monthly. Work with field TUS teams to identify current programs that can be shared across the organization.

  • Organizational Development
  • Work with Lead CategoryLeadto spend time working with cross functional teams to broaden organizational awareness.
  • Areas of primary focus should be in market visits with Shopper Marketing Managers, Brand Building partners, Holistic Business partners and Inter Agency Teams
