Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Consultants are responsible for full life cycle recruitment and talent pool management to support overall organizational goals.

Job Accountabilities

  • Responsible for full life cycle recruitment for exempt and non exempt positions.
  • Create and implement business line recruitment strategies.
  • Manage and build talent pools to support human capital planning and diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Represent the company in various community and academic events, including Campus career fairs.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and policies and maintains up to date external and internal compliance policies.
  • Educate and guide business line leaders in recruitment process including interview training, market conditions and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Analyze and leverage recruitment data to educate leaders and effectively attract talent.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

  • 5-7 years 5+ years of recruitment experience. Training in Human Resource interview and selection, affirmative action and Equal Opportunity Compliance. Required

Compliance Statement
