About the job
This role will be a joint technician supervisor as well as a process engineer in the Wet/CMP module. The selected individual will be a people manager for process technicians and will create developemtn plans, conduct performance reviews, set daily priorities, and ensure proper training for their technician team. He or she will also be a process engineer in the Wet/CMP module. Responsibilities include support manufacturing, own process performance and improvement projects, disposition lots, and support ramp activities.

Minimum requirements
• 2 years relevant experience

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field

• Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies

Preferred qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
• Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
• Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
