ServiceNow Inside Licensing Specialist

The ServiceNow Inside Licensing Specialist is an expert licensing advisor who partners with a ServiceNow Solutions (SNS) Account Executive to provide sales support for Account Managers, Field Sellers and clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Manage and achieve all individual and team revenue and gross profit sales goals for the assigned segment.
  • Assist in identifying and driving up-sell opportunities across the ServiceNow Platform
  • Participate in proactive campaigns focused on driving customers to new offers.
  • Partner with SNS coworkers to add value to the broader sales community and their customers to capture a greater share of ServiceNow SaaS purchases.
  • Manage deal registrations for the SNS sales team.
  • Participate in virtual meetings with customers to explain and help determine the best license model for their orgainzation.
  • Ensure final ServiceNow Order Form meets customers needs and is properly quoted by the sales team.
  • Establish and manage relationships with ServiceNow to collaborate on opportunities and negotiate resale position and margins.
  • Provide guidance to sales on quotes and opportunity pricing.
  • Educate the CDW/CDWG sales teams to promote ServiceNow SaaS Solution sales in the region by delivering enablement material created by either our SNS team or ServiceNow.
  • Achieve all required ServiceNow Accreditations deemed appropriate for the SSSA role.
  • The ServiceNow Inside Licensing Specialist will have the responsibility to lead the following tasks:
  • Ensuring CDW has the appropriate ServiceNow registrations, inclusive of submitting some registrations.
    • Coordinating renewal efforts with all existing, and potential, SaaS customers.
    • Leading renewal acquisition efforts with the ServiceNow Digital Sales Teams.
    • Respond to inquiries from Account Managers and Field Sellers.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Two years of sales experience

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed to other CDW locations, meetings and client sites
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information. Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.

  • Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years minimum sales experience in ServiceNow or other Enterprise SaaS Solutions
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas on a regular basis
