Job Summary
Responsible for the development of the short and long-term Product Sales strategy for the Company. Implements the annual tactical plan to ensure the success of the Company's Product Sales programs and a positive customer experience. Monitors the progress of sales; reviews records and reports provided to senior management; and solicits employee feedback to drive product engagement and sustained adoption. Designs, organizes, promotes, and delivers employee engagement experiences and reinforcement plans that strengthen product knowledge, enhance product advocacy, and ensure the success of the Company's product sales campaigns. Provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas. Manages professionals at manager, supervisor and professional levels. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Influences, shapes, and integrates strategy for functional area(s).

Additional Job Summary:
Responsible for leading sales strategy, operations & sales effectiveness for Central Division Xfinity Communities. Responsible for leadership and direction of Xfinity Community Account Sales & Account Executives function within assigned area. Oversees the development, implementation and measurement of Community Account sales and Account Executives marketing programs and initiatives. Provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas. Manages professionals at manager and professional levels. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Influences, shapes and integrates strategy for functional area(s).

Core Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sales effectiveness and engagement plans that inform, educate and enhance the understanding of the Company's products, services and experiences.
  • Strategic influencer on the design and implementation of employee engagement events and interactions - brainstorming ideas and ensuring messaging and communications amplify the brand, drive product knowledge and advocacy, and sales effectiveness.
  • Identifies strategies, tactics and tools to assist with sales activities and action steps that support sales campaigns.
  • Deploys incentives and other programs as necessary to achieve critical milestones to success.
  • Responsible for vendor management and selection - ensuring vendor align with Company values. Recommends changes as needed.
  • Analyzes collective post-event feedback and other insights for themes and trends to recommend changes to sales effectiveness and employee engagement plans.
  • Collaborates with training teams for deployment of successful training curriculum.
  • Recruits, onboards and provides leadership to Product Sales personnel.
  • Partners with finance and insights teams to evaluate the return on investment and impact of events and key partnerships.
  • Oversees department budget and invoicing accuracy.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Addition to core responsibilities.
  • Develops and implements programs in support of National, Divisional and Regional sales strategy & operations.
  • Responsible for implementing & driving operations including process & procedure improvements , analytics review, assessment & making recommendations to impact business performance.
  • Responsible for leading a team to secure MDU/Bulk Agreements both in existing properties and in new opportunities while ensuring such Agreements drive profitable growth.
  • Develops and oversees programs for improving MDU penetration by increasing connects, decreasing disconnects, improving service and the overall customer experience.
  • Identifies and pursues new business and growth opportunities. Ensures the creation and maintenance of measurement tools to track business growth.
  • Manages team and relationships with larger group of system level, indirect reports. Provides team with overall goals and objectives and ensures all are fully knowledgeable and trained accordingly.
  • Develops and implements strategies to grow core and ancillary products within properties.
  • Strengthens relationships with key area developers and property management companies.
  • Develops annual budget and aligns programs quarterly to support execution of that budget.
  • Oversees quarterly activation (go-to-market) calendar encompassing product, service, offers and programs and ensures execution of sales strategy.
  • Drive alignment of Xfinity Communities initiatives with Directors and leaders within the 4 Regions within the Division
  • Key stakeholder with Xfinity Communities at Headquarters
  • Strategic partner with the Business Development team
  • Ensure team members have clarity of purpose, the tools required to meet their responsibilities, and an environment conducive to diversity of thought, innovation, and personal and professional growth
