Business Management Senior Advisor - Trade Relations

Job Description
Do you want to make a large impact in your next role? In this high impact role as the Senior Advisor on the Zinc Business Operations team, you will assist in the negotiation strategies with pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers. You will have an exciting opportunity to implement pharmaceutical procurement strategies that directly supply to the bottom line of a Fortune 4 organization.

Zinc, as a GPO and affiliate of CVS Health, enters contracts to control and reduce participant organization costs. You will be responsible for devising, supporting, and executing on strategies to negotiate rebate contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers to maximize savings to Zinc's participants and clients.

The Business team will create value through standard processes including planned quarterly reviews, identifying and capitalizing on market changes and new product entries.

As Senior Advisor, you will:

- Create and maintain business presentations, operational requirements, and documentation.

- Analyze data to identify actionable insights and update to Trade Relations leaders, including identifying concerns and considerations, and gathering and distributing data partners.

- External and internal presentation and communication development and support of cross-functional partners to operationalize trade strategies.

To be successful, you will utilize your project management experience to support concept through post implementation of product and operational improvements. Your strong strategic, analytical and relationship-building skills, as well as your experience crafting compelling presentations to various audiences in an agile, fast-paced environment, will all be critical to your success.

Ideally, this position will be located out of our offices in Bloomington, MN or Northbrook, IL. However, we may be open to a work from home arrangement for a highly qualified candidate.

Required Qualifications
• 5 years of experience (or combination of experience) in either strategy, management consulting, operations, analytics or product management..
• Advanced MS Office skills [PowerPoint, Excel]
Preferred Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in managed care which may include PBM, Pharma, market access, account management, specialty pharmacy, or health plan experience.
• Total quality management experience, program/project management, and application e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Process

Education
Bachelor's degree required
