As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expertise and guidance to the team on planning and implementing all aspects of content marketing in the consumer journey, as well as drive brand and business value with great digital experience design and content.


The Consumer Data Strategist - Digital Marketing Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Responsible for working with Marketing Technology team to design and implement a marketing data platform that can consume, host and leverage customer data for owned digital channels (Email/Web/Mobile Apps/CRM)
  • This role is responsible for day-to-day strategy development and stewardship for marketing data programs across the full life-cycle from conception and proposal through production and insights reporting
  • Influence end-to-end marketing processes including campaign creation (email/web/social), lead generation, lead scoring, qualification, privacy and legal data compliance, distribution and conversion including closed loop reporting by demonstrating CRM technologies and data.
  • Advise and lead data integration efforts across core MarTech platforms, including Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation, Data Management Platforms (DMP) and/or Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
  • Partner with business unit executives to find opportunities for process improvement and efficiency, suggest system automation solutions to business problems or opportunities



Minimum Required Experiences
  • 4 years

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • Ability to work with data Science/analytics teams to elevate observations into actionable recommendations built on insight.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience developing CRM programs rooted in consumer behavior and 1st party data insights.
  • Work closely with marketing strategists and business partners to understand and refine requirements, objectives, and processes to drive strategic solutions.
  • Understanding of how to develop and maintain cloud integrations and API architecture for marketing systems.
  • Strong functional knowledge of marketing, demand generation, and lead management required.
  • Demonstrated functional, feature or admin activity related knowledge & experience on Marketing Automation Systems.
  • The group of skills related to Product Testing including testing and evaluating software, usability testing, UAT, and using relevant product testing technology.
  • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data.
  • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

  • Experience using/configuring CRM applications such as
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc
  • Understanding of core Customer Data Platform (CDP) functionality and use
  • Knowledge of Marketing Analytics data points gathered through owned channels (Web, Email, Social, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
