We are currently recruiting for a Senior Instructional Designer to join our team as a Telecommuter.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs, audience, and gap analyses
  • Design and develop innovative online and blended learning solutions
  • Write detailed learning objectives
  • Script / storyboard eLearning lessons and assessments
  • Develop eLearning lessons using Storyline and/or Thought Industries
  • Create / edit software simulations using tools like Storyline or Camtasia
  • Conduct user testing
  • Solve complex problems and / or conduct complex analyses

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing eLearning and blended learning programs
  • Proficiency with tools like Storyline, Camtasia, and Photoshop or similar

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Health care experience
  • Experience with Human-Centered Design (HCD)

Colorado Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
