About This Role
The heart of HR Operations, the HR Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient HR operational support to new hires, current and former employees in US, Canada, and LATAM countries. The HR Coordinator provides system administration and customer support go hand in hand. This position is responsible for problem resolution and case management for a designated region. The HR Coordinator has a real impact on the team, as each team member is encouraged to come up with new enhancements to the processes, aimed at customer focus as well as cost and time effectiveness.

This role is based at our RTP, North Carolina location.

What You’ll Do
• Perform Workday entries and corrections as requested by employees and HR team members. Provide self-service support if needed.
• Assist employees and HR Partners on global processes and generic questions on benefits, payroll, compensation and HR policies via email or phone.
• Maintain (create, update) SOPs and respective HR articles to ensure these are reflecting actual processes.
• Achieve set KPIs and goals, adhere to established customer service standards.
• Perform special projects as assigned by the management team.

• Previous experience (at least 1 year) in general human resources / benefits / payroll, customer service experience is also acceptable
• Spanish or Portuguese language will be an asset
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday and ServiceNow preferred
• Ability to understand, interpret and communicate policies, procedures
• Critical thinking, problem solving and judgement skills
• Ability to deliver excellent customer care
• Service-oriented attitude and willingness to train other team members
• Good listening skills and patience to work with all types of employees
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to learn and understand HR/IT systems
Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Biogen’s US Alzheimer’s Franchise is looking to recruit proven and ambitious sales achievers with at least five years of experience in pharma, specialty, hospital, med device/capital equipment, and/or biotech sales.
In this field-based, specialty sales representative position you will be called upon to sell our products with key stakeholders in the Alzheimer’s Disease community: including Neurologists and allied health professionals.
