Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert guidance on monitoring business problems and/or opportunities, including process improvement, system enhancement, and training. In this role, you will support the development, networking, and/or project management of strategic business objectives.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Enterprise Architecture - Business Architecture - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on portfolio architecture; ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver value in an agile environment with ambiguity; gain trust of business partners, leverage architecture methodologies and services to get results; able to be counted on for clear and timely delivery.
  • Partner with business and technology leads to set transformation goals and objectives to launch key initiatives.
  • Understand and suggest updates to architecture reference models.
  • Develop and/or maintain business vision, strategic plans including the design of transformation roadmap with clear milestones, workstreams, and owners.
  • In partnership with business sponsors and leads, envision, plan, implement, communicate, promote and update the target business architecture over multiple time horizons.
  • Fully articulate current and target state business design using capability models, process models, operating models and motivation models.
  • Lead discovery sessions with SME's and stakeholder groups to formulate business outcomes, metrics, customer journeys, customer experience and requirements for solving complex business problems.
  • Help build a culture of learning and innovation with a focus on learning more about Single Family housing, industry trends, changing market, legal and regulatory landscapes to influence strategic decisions.


Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences
  • 4 years
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent


Desired Experiences
  • 6+ years of experience in business architecture, business process mapping, and working closely with enterprise architecture and internal stakeholders.
  • Significant experience delivering business architecture in increments to support agile teams and faster speed to market.
  • Strong process flow mapping, design and graphical experience required.
  • Data driven and proficient with MSO365 Application Suite - Teams, Visio, Visualization tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation and relationship skills.
  • Thought leadership and intellectual curiosity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Skills
  • Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
  • Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.
  • Business Process Management including business process modeling, process design and implementation, etc.
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
  • Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas.
  • Skilled in supporting, controlling, monitoring, and management of large, complex, and sometimes geographically-dispersed IT infrastructure and applications in order to optimize IT service delivery
