Business Management Associate

Job Summary

The successful candidate for the Business Management Associate position will gain knowledge and experience through a variety of structured and supervised assignments, augmented by appropriate training.

This is a small team of 5-10 Business Management Associates at the entry level.  This position offers mentoring, corporate and departmental training as the successful candidate grows with the position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work on analytical projects which may include but not limited to:
    • continuous improvement projects
    • data extraction
    • technical / financial review and analysis
    • compiling, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics toward achievement of scorecard targets
    • reviewing and revising documentation, preparation of presentations,
    • other ad-hoc assignments
       

Job Specific Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-2 years professional office experience
  • Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and other Data Management experience.  PSEG offers training for various levels of Microsoft Office, but working knowledge is required to enhance existing skills
  • Analytical aptitude for understanding how to extract and analyze data
