Key Responsibilities:
  • Must successfully manage release trains with limited guidance of a coach/ mentor and must also be able to manage the expectations and interests of team members, key program owners, & stakeholders
  • Establish cadence, facilitate, and drive the agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Product Owner Sync, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt Workshop, Innovation and Sprint Planning events
  • Facilitate escalation for impediment removal for the Scrum Master and Scrum teams by fostering collaboration throughout the ART
  • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Safe-Agile practices and mindsets
  • Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a continuous exploration process which drives the vision, roadmap, and backlogs through Pre- and Post-PI planning meetings.
  • Track and produce key metrics (e.g., burn-down charts, cumulative flow diagrams, solution velocity)
  • Help track and manage program risk.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required Skills:
  • Previous experience engaging stakeholders, contributors, and technical resources to analyze user needs and resource limitations
  • Strong strategic thinking, systems thinking and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships within all levels of the organization
  • Experience/knowledge of key Agile techniques utilizing AZDO, Kanban, Lean, XP, and Scrum


Preferred:
  • Bachelor of Science in Technical related field and 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, systems engineer, tester or developer.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a scaled Agile environment (multiple teams supporting single product)
  • 4+ years' experience in ScrumMaster or project management role
  • 2+ years' experience in supporting multiple scrum/Kanban team
