Summary of Job Duties:

This person will work in the UACCB Testing Center approximately 18 hours per week, including some evenings. The qualified candidate will administer and score various exams. The position will use databases to track and schedule testing. The testing assistant must be able to maintain confidentiality and security in testing protocol and assessment results, including adhering to FERPA rules, return testing materials to faculty, agencies, or other colleges, and maintain a quiet environment. The qualified candidate will communicate efficiently and effectively with other staff, faculty, and agencies. This person will report to the Director of Student Development and will work in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Earned bachelor or associate degree from an accredited institution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience proctoring standardized and/or computerized testing
  • Good computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Higher education experience
