On the Emerging Product team, you will be playing a key role in shaping the future of our customer experience for US eCommerce customers of, Walmart Stores US and other affiliated brands like Shoes and by activating and productizing emerging solutions. You’ll start your journey at Walmart working on a key initiative to enable pet parents to conveniently purchase their pet supplies and medications, in a single check-out experience.

As a Staff Product Manager in this role, you will ensure that our pet parents will be satisfied with their post-transaction journey – whether they have an issue with their order or be informed of the order statuses, we will meet our commitments to their satisfaction. You will be responsible for defining the priorities and roadmap of the shopping experience and work across multiple platform SCRUM teams to prioritize their delivery backlogs to meet our release timeline.

  • You have experience leading ecommerce product for pharmacy retail or health and wellness.
  • You are passionate aboutretail supply chain, user experience, and analytics.
  • You are a strategic thinker and able to synthesize data from multiple sources (including analytics, user research,operations research, and design) to identify key unmet needs and solutions that can address the needs.
  • You are data-driven and analytical to draw insights from current product performance to deliver on key user metrics.
  • Youhave the ability towork with large number of teams to make the vision of the product successful.
  • Youare able totranslate product strategy into detailed specifications, making functional and user interface design tradeoffs, managing product launches and owning the product successes post-launch.

You’ll make an impact by:
  • Developing and enhancing products– you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Defining vision and strategiesfor your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
  • Crafting and developing solutions to large business challenges– communicate business and customer needs to key partners to implement products and timelines
  • Driving business plans and projectsby identifying the customer and operational needs of the product
  • Building a team environmentby selecting, training, and mentoring
  • Evaluating the effectivenessof your products and initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness with participating stakeholders
  • Product discovery (research, data analysis, competitive analysis, business strategy etc.) and efficient execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated track record of aligning to an overarching product vision, using data and analysis to support strategy and prioritization, and day to day product execution
  • Strong user experience, analytics, and technical acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with highly cross-functional teams
  • Intellectually curious with a data driven mindset. Experience shipping and iterating based on data
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
  • Preferred Experience: MBA with technical orientation or Industrial and Systems Engineering with a digital product management orientation
