WHAT YOU'LL DO..

ProvideProcess/QualityEngineeringsupporttomanufacturing,helpingtoensuredeliveryofhighestquality producttothecustomer.ProvideProcess/QualityEngineeringsupporttoproductdevelopmentteams,helping toensure developmentofhighestqualitynewproducts.

Core Job Responsibilities

ResponsibleforcompliancewithapplicableCorporateandDivisionalPoliciesandprocedures.

IdentifiesandcontrolsManufacturingprocessdefects(scrap,nonconformingmaterial,custom complaints) byparticipatinginefforts/teamsfocusedonidentifyingtheprimaryrootcausesand

implementingcorrective andpreventativeactions.Mayberesponsibleforquerying&boundingdatatosupportimplementationof complex&documentingreleasecriteria.

Developsproductqualityplans,documentsandsystemsby creatingproductspecifications,qualityspecificationsandqualityplansinconjunctionwithotherproduct developmentteammembers.MayberesponsibleforcreatingriskanalysesandFMEAs.;

DevelopsProcess MonitoringSystemsbyidentifyingcriticalprocessstepsapplyingmethodstoreduceprocessvariationinorder to reduce/eliminatethecauseofdefects.;

Leadsprocessimprovementeffortsbyidentifyingmethodsto capturequalitymetricdataandbyperformingappropriateanalysismethodstoenhancesustainingproduct designandnewproductdevelopment.;

AssistsincreationofQualityTools&TrainingMaterialsby understandingthelimitationsofexistingqualitytoolsandtrainingmaterials,andbyhelpingtoidentifymore effectivetools&materials.

Minimum Education

Bachelor'sdegree (Engineering) plus2-5yearsofrelatedworkexperience withagoodunderstandingofspecified functional area,orMaster'sdegreewith 0-2yearsofrelatedworkexperience, oranequivalentcombinationofeducation andworkexperience.

Minimum Experience / Training

** Medical Device or Pharma industry experience preferred.

** Green Belt certification a plus
