Parsons is seeking a E-Builder Systems Administrator, to provide assistance to the customer in utilizing and integrating new technologies that support engineering and construction projects and programs. The candidate must be in Las Vegas, NV or willing to relocate.

As a Systems Administrator, you will be the primary contact for the department to maintain system level configuration and will be responsible for the support of both internal and external users. These projects will require understanding and experience with engineering/construction program and project controls process, capital planning and budgeting process, as well as documentation control, construction, and contracts management processes.

As the Enterprise wide Project Management System, e-Builder (eB) affects all aspects of development projects, the Systems Administrator will be required to be highly responsive and able to prioritize end user needs in the best interest of the department. The Systems Administrator will liaise with the Project Executives, and Project Managers, Cost Control team members, the Accounting Department and end users/key stakeholders to define and implement required account level modifications which could include modifications of data fields, reports, dashboards, and templates. The Systems Administrator is responsible for training and coaching staff members and external vendors/consultants.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's (or equivalent work experience)

Five (5) years of experience in project administration or coordination duties, document controls using e-builder or similar tool supporting a large department or group in project controls, financial reporting, project management or related field.

Three (3) years or more experience with e-Builder or related tools implementation on projects

Demonstrated advanced use of the e-Builder system or similar tool including system implementation on projects, Process workflow design and configuration, Report and Dashboard specification and configuration.

Certifications:
e-Builder Certified Professional is preferred.

Required Skills:
* Must have experience implementing or supporting e-Builder.
* Report and Business Intelligence visualization development skills using multiple toolsets e-Builder standard report builder, e-Builder Business Intelligence, or Microsoft Power BI .
* General administration duties for e-Builder.
* Excellent knowledge of construction industry including methodology, terminology, workflow/paper flow of design and construction activities as well as demonstrated knowledge of contract documents, specifications

* Strong business background with understanding of the process used for business analysis planning.
* An understanding of the business use of specific business applications and technologies as well as the business implications of implementing those technologies, including both the business case for using them and the risks associated with their use.
* Written and oral communication skills appropriate for the position, including the ability to speak with authority on technical issues in various professional settings and to persuade listeners regarding best approach to resolving user's problem (may include communication via telephone, in person, or presenting to large groups). Ability to write complex documents (may include policies and procedures and presentations). Communicates with a wide variety of individuals (employees and all levels of management) throughout the organization and outside of the organization (i.e., clients, vendors).
