Day - 08 Hour (United States of America)

The IT Asset Management Analyst is accountable for the implementation, management, and governance of core asset management processes across the SHC environment. This includes engineering of process improvements, quote management for IT hardware and software requests, ordering, receiving, returning, and delivering of IT hardware assets.

Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
  • Day-to-day-operational activities associated with receiving and delivery of IT hardware for projects.
  • Perform regular audits of current environment requirements.
  • Complete accurate and timely updates in Asset Management tracking system.
  • Maintain and track asset data including but not limited to warranty, license, and maintenance information for technology service assets across the SHC environment.
  • Contribute to continual improvement in relation to adherence to configuration and asset management processes.
  • Measure, report, and manage the execution of asset management across the enterprise.
  • Measure and report on the integrity of data within the CMDB around IT hardware assets.
  • Coordinate and assist with asset audits and manage exceptions through a remedial action management process.
  • Ensure process compliance by managing the remedial / corrective action management process for any breaches that occur throughout the lifecycle.
  • Ensure equipment is per the defined SHC standards
