In this role, you will provide on-site and remote dedicated service for SSM Health's affiliate members. Partners with Client Executives and SSM's operations governance team on driving penetration of contracts and implementation of mainly Supply Chain solutions for SSM's acute care affiliates. Includes identifying savings opportunities in the supply chain setting, increasing their utilization of supply chain contracts and programs, and makes recommendations of products and solutions to identify member needs.

  • Facilitate discussion with Vizient sourcing team for product addition/contract coverage.
  • Identify contract solutions for coverage of non-contracted/special items.
  • Perform regular, but no less than quarterly, reviews of supplier reported purchases and SSM's spend data to ensure accurate supplier administrative fee payment and volume reporting to ensure tracking to guaranteed savings
  • Document and track opportunities for savings related to supply chain contracts and solutions in accordance with our realized guarantee work plan
  • Facilitate tier activation and executions of LOCs/ LOPs, manage tier setting, Contract Price Activation and submission and confirmation of required documents
  • Handle member issues related to supplier performance or product performance
  • Participate in Vizient training and independently applies Vizient analytic tools to be utilized by the member
  • Respond to CRM targets and documentation based on members systems
  • Works with the education team to develop proper on-boarding and continuing education to ensure breadth and depth of knowledge related to Supply Chain Services.

  • 2 o r m ore y e a r s of r e l e v a nt e x p e r i e n c e of relevant business or supply chain in the health care industry or progressive experience in a health care organization required.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent presentation and communication skills required.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office required.
  • Candidates should reside in the St. Lois area.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$53,300.00 - $85,200.00
