The Role at a Glance:

We are excited to bring on a Sr. Financial Analyst to Lincoln's Corporate Office to work in our Radnor based office.

Background Details
• This role interacts with both the segment finance and corporate FP&A teams to deliver senior management reporting in preparation for quarterly earnings calls.
• This person will get to present information, develop reporting and analysis, and drive enhancements and efficiencies around financial reporting and analysis
• One direct report.
• As the team continues to expand responsibilities and analysis, we're looking for an experienced FP&A analyst to help automate and enhance our reporting and analysis, and update processes.

As the Sr. Financial Analyst, you will lead an experienced and dynamic team working in a fully collaborative environment. You will prepare, analyze, and report on complex financial information as well as provide management with a complex financial perspective.

What you'll be doing:
• Prepares, analyzes, and reports on complex financial information
• Provides direction on complex assignments, projects, & initiatives to build and enhance the capability
• Provides management with a complex and comprehensive financial perspective, including potential mitigation solutions
• Provides subject matter expertise and support to the financial analysis team in the preparation and delivery of complex financial information
• Provides subject matter expertise to team members and applicable internal & external stakeholders on complex assignments &projects
• Serves as a subject matter expert to team members and internal stakeholders on complex analysis of financial information

What we are looking for:

• 5 7+ Years of experience in financial analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required)
• 4 Year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) - Minimum Required
• Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior management, peers, and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches.
• Demonstrates strong project management leadership skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
