Job Summary
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) strategically partners with all levels of Leadership to ensure the continued development and implementation of people practices aimed at providing growth to the line of business and alignment to our Corporate strategies, vision and values. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, human capital planning, and acts as a colleague champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and colleagues that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Job Accountabilities

  • Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to ensure proactive, effective HR solutions are aligned with business line/support unit and organizational strategic goals. Communicate, coordinate and reinforce HR processes, policies and activities. Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement. Promote a One HR culture.
  • Provide forward-looking HR consultation to business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities and overall workforce planning to include: drivers of performance, talent planning and assessment, colleague engagement, employment risk and compliance and total rewards. Align HR deliverables to the strategic goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, promote transparency and open avenues of communication. Ensure that a strong leadership and coaching culture permeates the organization.
  • Support HR and business line strategies, projects, and/or other work efforts.
  • Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends.


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or related field or equivalent work experience Required
Experience

  • 2-5 years Related work experience Required
  • 1-3 years Experience influencing and HR consulting skills, with focus on both strategic and tactical execution Preferred
Licenses and Certifications

  • PHR - Professional Human Resources , Preferred
  • or , Preferred
  • SHRM - CP (Certified Professional Human Resources) , Preferred
