The Director of Product for Patient and Provider Relationship Management will lead the release planning, development and operations for the G360 platform. G360 is a Salesforce platform that supports OptumHealth's National Marketing, Provider Contracting Compliance and OptumCare California Region's Provider Relationship Management functions. G360 provides Customer/Patient Relationship Management, Online Reputation Management, Patient Acquisition and Retention Call Center support, Provider Relationship Management and Contract Lifecycle Management capabilities. The Platform Director will interface with business leadership to drive prioritization of new features and functions within a platform release plan and will also have responsibility for the overall platform development and operations team as they support ongoing operations, enhancements, training and defect resolution.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manages a specific good or service available externally on the market that can be sold stand-alone, and that directly generates revenue.
  • Responsible for the full product lifecycle management, including: strategy, design, development, management and end of life of new, existing or acquisition products.
  • Leverage market insights to understand market/customer needs to identify new opportunities or make adjustments to current product offerings.
  • Accountable for delivering product performance against expectations and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position, and optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs.
  • Accountable to and/or own the P&L.
  • Partner with internal or external stakeholders (key customers, product partnerships, etc.) to define and drive future product direction.
  • This individual also provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience equals an additional 3 years in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of experience with Technical Product Management and Leadership
  • 3+ years of Salesforce platform development and operations experience
  • 2+ years of Healthcare consumer marketing experience
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Communities and Salesforce Lightning
  • Expertise working with technical & functional resources and following an Agile based delivery methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a product roadmap
  • Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions
  • Understands the importance of user experience and consumer-centricity
  • Collaborates across business lines to drive solutions that support the enterprise
  • Knowledge of marketing and direct to consumer technologies as well as best practices
  • Healthcare Provider Contracting and Onboarding experience

  • Salesforce Certifications
  • Leading team to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation
  • Knowledge in Data Management

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $110,200 to $211,700.
