We are looking for a seasoned sales and account business leader to manage and grow several key client account relationships. You must be comfortable working with C-level executives and senior leaders in the healthcare industry. Your role will be to serve as a client- and internal-facing quarterback on our customers' behalf, realize and maintain customer revenue, and become a trusted advisor and strategic partner within client organizations.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • As the primary relationship manager with our key enterprise clients, you'll form and build deep relationships within the organizations, understand client's specific needs, and offer valuable solutions to them.
  • You'll focus on long-term growth opportunities for DocASAP and the client, from a revenue, metrics, and strategic standpoint.
  • With new clients, you will ensure seamless delivery of our capabilities.
  • You will also need to work with DocASAP internal teams to create business cases for product development, ensure client service levels are being maintained, and maintain frequent and productive communication channels with our clients.


You may be the right person for this role if you are charismatic, adaptable, and highly goal-oriented, you thrive in an environment of quantifiable successes and efficient processes. Your ability to meet goals for your client accounts is matched only by an appetite to exceed them. Your self-confidence is well-founded on a track record of maintaining highly strategic relationships. You are detailed-oriented and can pick up and manage complex processes with ease. You love the idea of bringing strategic business relationship skills and leadership ability to an energetic and collaborative organization. Healthcare industry knowledge and experience is preferred.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience, in the healthcare provider or payor industry (provider preferred).
  • Proven engagement / account management and enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven ability to engage strategically with senior executives on the client side.
  • Successful history of being able to set and achieve strategic goals and quarterback large enterprise account relationships.
  • Proven ability to perform high-level strategic planning activities and tactical project management responsibilities for enterprise accounts.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong presence.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or master's degree

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
