As an Entegral Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, guiding, coordinating, monitoring, and communicating activities of multiple project teams involved in the analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of Operational or IT Initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders and others to define project scope and objectives, identify required skills and resources for the project team, develop work plans, and provide project status to stakeholders and others. The right individual will possess the ability to make the most of a working team, guide projects while keeping Agile Values and Principles in mind: maintaining transparency, guiding adjustments based on feedback loops, identifying risks from the team or others, creating a project environment that supports respect for the working team as well as keeping the customer first.

In addition, you will anticipate and identify project issues and risks, recommend solutions, and work with senior management to maintain project success. You will have the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the business including IT, infrastructure, requirements, application development, security and compliance, business processes, organizational change, and operational support.

  • Responsible for communicating, managing, planning, directing, coordinating, organizing, and reporting on concurrent assigned projects; Maintains team project status and works to resolve technical or process related impediments
  • Understands and communicates the strategic direction (priorities) of the project.
  • Provides servant leadership to the project team.
  • Facilitates conversations with teams to breakdown work, understand dependencies, innovate, generate effective action plans in order to accomplish technical and non-technical project objectives.
  • Leads projects with principles of agility in mind, allowing for diversity of opinion, utilizing frequent feedback loops, working tightly with customers, and providing transparency.
  • Gathers business requirements for recommendation on current or new services to the application, development, and operational teams to support their products/solutions.
  • Aligns project management execution with current Entegral Framework
  • Works with internal and external vendors or customers to manage the timeline and dependencies
  • Acts as an advisory for new solutions, recommendations, and improvements
  • Provides visibility to project documentation
  • Participates as a team member to identify improvements to current project management processes
  • Provides input based on best practices for project management practices: risk management, dependency management, building timelines, work breakdown.
  • Committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
  • Utilizes expertise to develop and execute on a communication plan to support project work

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2- 5 years Experience managing projects in a large scale IT environment
  • 2-5 years Experience developing project related artifacts such as:
    • Timelines, Actionable Note Taking, Facilitating Meetings with leaders and teams, Uncovering and aligning to project dependencies, Risk/Issues
  • 1+ year Experience using frameworks to support an Agile team: Kanban, Scrum
  • 2+ years Experience working on projects with dependencies on external partners involvement
  • Must have 2 years experience working with software/technology development teams
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • For flexible or full remote work from home positions, reliable high speed Internet connection and dedicated work space are required
