Summary of Job Duties:

•\tCommunicate respectfully, professionally, and accurately to internal and external clients.
•\tGreet and direct visitors, assist with appropriate paperwork, and resolve routine administrative issue related to office functions using established college policies and procedures, making appropriate referrals as necessary.
•\tAccept, screen and route telephone calls concerning activities and operations of the office, directing inquiries as appropriate.
•\tProcessing academic transcripts
•\tVerifying student enrollment
•\tManaging office calendar
•\tResponsible for Major changes
•\tPre-screen graduation review of pending student audits for certificate of proficiency, technical certificates, and advanced certificates
•\tProvides secretarial support for the Registrar.
•\tPerforms other duties as assigned by the Registrar, Associate Registrar, and Assistant Registrar
•\tPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills
•\tPerform other duties as assigned.


The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus, one (1) year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field; plus three (3) years of experience in specialized or a related field applicable to work performed.


Preferred Education and/or Experience:

Experience in a higher education setting, experience working with student records
