Senior Manager, Site Merchandising - WEC - Private Label

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a business leader to lead digital programs on that revolve around our Private Label brand, Member’s Mark. You will establish strategy and oversee operations for Member’s Mark; develop partnerships with marketing, merchandising, and private brand teams; use vision and creativity to impact the member experience. You know our members’ needs and constantly thinking about optimizing member-facing experiences and internal processes. Success in this role requires tenacity, an analytical mindset, influence, solutions-oriented, bias for action, and great collaboration.

What you'll do

  • Drive site strategies that promote awareness, adoption, and sales for our private label (Member’s Mark) branded items on

  • Develop, document, and execute a roadmap or calendar of programs and activities for Member’s Mark

  • Write and communicate briefs for programs to direct business requirements for effective execution of website initiatives

  • Drive results, delight our members, capture market share, drive loyalty and excitement for our Member’s Mark branded product line

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborate with many cross-functional teams to find solutions and create successful business outcomes in accordance with brand and business goals, organize alignment meetings as needed

  • Define KPIs, analyze business and brand performance, understand trends, assessing how our brand is positioned, and effectively translate insights into strategies

  • Measure and report performance of site programs and assess against goals

  • Continuously drive growth strategies in partnership with Private Label Brand Management team and other key stakeholders

  • Prioritize complex programs and regularly communicate clear timelines, status, and requirements to internal customers at all levels, including senior leadership

  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in digital trends and competitor innovations and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of site management

  • Review member feedback and customer NPS to spot opportunities to improve the member’s shopping journey; communicate insights and devise action plans with key partners

  • Obsess with improvements to business solutions, processes, and SOPs for cross-functional teams to effectively partner in bringing innovative ideas to life and executing efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 2+ years’ experience in program or project management in a retail or consumer-web company

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in strategy in consumer-facing businesses (preferably retail, consumer goods, consumer technology, and/or consulting)

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field and 3 years' experience in merchandising, eCommerce, user experience or related field OR 5 years' experience in merchandising, eCommerce, user experience or related field. 2 - 4 years' management experience leading teams.
