  • 5 years' experience in clinical research in a similar position
  • 5 years CRO/Sponsor experience
  • 1 year CRO experience
  • Patient Recruitment experience required
  • Proven ability to use all MS Office suite or applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with medical technology
  • An undergraduate degree or its international equivalent, or equivalent work experience

The Feasibility Specialist coordinates Therapeutic Expertise, Feasibility Group activities in support of client awarded projects and new business opportunities, working under the direction of Project Manager or Director. This individual will often work in partnership with scientific, business, operational, clinical and technology representatives of the company. The Feasibility Specilalist is considered an expert in core systems, and is a mentor for less experienced staff.
  • Progress all critical path activities to ensure study feasibility process is achievable by planned timelines.
  • Meeting and Teleconference adherence (attends required meetings)
  • Email response time to staff, peers, management, and client completed in a timely fashion to not exceed 24 hours of email notification.
  • Enhance benchmark reports and executive summaries in high level manner.
  • Support Therapeutic Expertise Feasibility assessment projects.
  • Strengthen Feasibility Report authoring - identify trends from data analyses and information gathering, draw conclusions and provide concise, key messaging to support downstream strategy development.
  • Demonstrate professional demeanor in communication (tone, assertiveness, availability, proper channels of communication, professionalism)
  • Demonstrate to successfully manage e-Feasibilities as it expands across therapeutic areas
  • Ability to handle multiple studies simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of organization in order to ensure completeness of all tasks.
  • Prepare project graphics with input from feasibility manager.
  • Prepare feasibility tracking tools.
  • Ensure consistency in approach to all projects.
  • Work collaboratively and independently if needed and seek internal alignment prior to internal and external communications.
  • Gain further exposure to enrollment including high level long range planning support for teams in complex scenarios.
  • Proactively identify, recommend and implement processes and systems that add efficiency and accuracy to current Feasibility methods.
  • Communicate and lead dialogue related to implementation of projects and support of internal and external customer deliverables, including direct client contact.
