Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in clinical research, including a management role as a team lead or project manager experience.
  • Read, write and speak English; fluency in host country language required MS office suite; proficiency with Excel is required
  • Experience in analytic methods and/or data mining and processing

Responsibilities

The Site Identification Project Manager (SIPM) is responsible for owning and achieving interim and final contractual deliverable target site intelligence with site suggestions for awarded programs along with site intelligence and suggestions for pre-award requests. The SI PM leads and directs cross-functional teams, understands and manages internal and external client expectations/needs to achieve client satisfaction.The SIPM proactively identifies, resolves/mitigates and escalates risks with site identification and/or issues. The SIPM adheres to PRA standard procedures and processes. Responsibilities
  • Acts as primary liaison with the TE team and client
  • Oversees site list development
  • Provides rational for recommended sites
  • Provides metrics and identify sites for pre-award requests
  • Responsible for owning and achieving deliverables on time with high quality Interacting with cross-functional teams, understanding and managing internal and external client expectations/needs to achieve client satisfaction.
  • The SI PM proactively identifies, resolves/mitigates and escalates risks with site identification and/or issues.
  • Ensures adherence to company SOP, policies and guidelines at the project level.
