Our location in Lake Forest, IL has an opening for a Global Product Manager. In this role, you will support the development and management of a successful; sustainable franchise; ensuring it delivers real value for customers and achieves business targets.

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
  • Proactively manages all aspects of the product line; evolving to stay ahead of the market and keep relevant to all target and local insights
  • Has knowledge of the products/solutions and acts as a subject matter expert; identifying and resolving potential issues; providing detailed product support
  • Confidently builds business cases for new ideas and sells ideas internally; working closely with areas
  • Drives the development of launch plans; ensuring they are relevant; realist and robust
  • Engages and influences areas; R&D; regulatory etc to set and meet launch timings; budgets and approaches
  • Supports area teams to deliver the franchise goals.
  • Closely tracks and takes responsibility for the impact of launches and adapts where required - identifying risks and development mitigation plans.


  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3 Years of Marketing Experience
  • 5 Years of Industry Experience

  • MBA
  • 5-7 Years Experience in Diagnostics, Med Device or Pharma
