Product Manager, Partnerships

Our location in Alameda, CA currently has an opportunity for a Product Manager, Partnerships. The New Analyte Ventures (NAV) team is looking for a Product Manager of Partners to drive the execution of existing and new partners and commercial operations. The role will be responsible for supporting alliance management and execution of existing and potential partnerships as well as sourcing and assisting in the execution of potential new transactions/partners (e.g. global partnerships, licensing, investment, acquisition opportunities) which are aligned to the NAV team's strategic goals. Contributes to critical commercial operations workstreams to build commercial organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of partnerships from initiation to integration to sales, assuming responsibility for operations, program management and reporting
  • Contribute to the program management and execution of commercial operations including privacy, distribution, customer service and financial reporting
  • Support alliance management functions associated with existing partners, including cross-functional alignment on issues, being the interface between the external and internal stakeholders and maintaining quarterly calls with each partner
  • Work with internal stakeholders to design, document and manage new partnership data-sharing infrastructure to meet commercial and partnership objectives
  • Support cross-functional diligence teams to identify, assess and make recommendations regarding partnership risks and opportunities.
  • Evaluate relevant potential consumer health partners and develop term sheets for potential partnerships under the guidance of the Sr. Manager.
  • Perform research using secondary sources to analyze digital and consumer health opportunities or landscape areas of interest.
  • Leverage connections in consumer and digital health start up community to identify potential partners for division.
  • Under guidance of Sr. Manager, prepare succinct and comprehensive presentations for senior management with overviews, proposals, analyses and financials of specific partnerships under consideration.
  • Contribute to periodic reporting to management regarding business development and performance
  • Facilitate the strategy, management and execution of privacy and commercial operations workstreams to maintain best-practice standards across our technology platforms
  • Support partnership negotiations to provide and protect value for the division.
  • Work with Finance and cross-functional team to develop financial models with reasonable assumptions.
  • Manage multiple projects and evaluations under tight timelines.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required

Bachelors Degree

Minimum 5 years relevant business experience with Bachelor's degree

Minimum 3 years relevant business experience with advanced degree

Minimum 2 years prior experience must include business/corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, strategy consulting or private equity.

Prior experience in sourcing, executing, and managing new partnerships in the field of consumer and digital health.

Experience in the digital health industry demonstrated by previous publications, public presentations or direct experience in a digital health or medical technology company.
