HOSPITALITY FOOD COORDINATOR

Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, assists Nursing with day to day operations of the Food and Nutrition Department. Self-directs the work to ensure high quality standards of operation and compliance, the client, and government and accrediting agency standards and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively verbally.
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
  • Demonstrates the ability to negotiate on the company's behalf.
  • Experience of 6 months or greater
