Job Summary
Responsible for formulating and defining systems and objectives through research and analysis of functional/business needs of applicable provisioning and support systems. Participates in software/hardware releases, rigorous testing, installation tasks and supports implementation planning and other operational preparations. Assures the effectiveness, accuracy and deployment of those systems. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities
  • Author business requirements and other supporting materials to detail business need.
  • Partner with IT / Feature Teams to translate user needs into accurate and complete business user stories and document process flows.
  • Prepare 'as is' and 'to be' workflows, identify high level gaps & differences
  • Facilitate requirement sessions with required participants (Product Stakeholder, Engineering/Scrum teams, etc.)
  • Document detailed business requirements and support rank order prioritization.
  • Co-ordinate with downstream applications for new enhancements
  • Ensure broad awareness and consensus for all in- & out- of scope business requirements
  • Author, contribute and confirm test plans, scripts and success criteria
  • Participate in UAT test conditions & results
  • Maintain effective relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and key partners
  • Some level of experience with SQL query and MS Excel for data analysis
  • Creates an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
  • Communicates organizational impediments to leadership; clears impediments for the team
  • Ensures data quality and integrity across data-specific application implementations.
  • Functions a liaison between the client, community and internal Software Engineers. and/or external software vendors to develop system solutions to processing systems or business problems.
  • Champions continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
