We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Operations Coordinator in our Las Vegas, NV office. Candidates should have multiple years of experience in the Microsoft Office suite of applications and some experience in writing queries in one of the major RDBMS systems.

This candidate needs to have strong technical development skills in addition to the below items:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating receipt and distribution of work within given team.
  • Coordination between multiple teams and departments as it relates to issues and discrepancies.
  • Utilizing existing tools to create reports and distribute as needed.
  • Utilizing reports to make assist in resolving intake discrepancies.
  • Administrative work consisting of maintaining Outlook calendars, opening and logging mail items to distribute among the team.
  • Completing novice/intermediate tasks related to products and provider information as it relates to claims to allow progression within the team

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ year experience in an office or corporate setting
  • Intermediate fluidity working with computers and Microsoft Office Suites to include Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to create, modify and send documents

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience or equivalent education in one of the following fields: (Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Informatics, IT, Finance, Economics)
  • Experience in Facets Application
  • Experience in Claims Process
  • Experience in Product and/or Provider configuration

Soft Skills:
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize caseload based on business needs as well as ability and willingness to accept and work in a new and changing environment
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to effectively plan, organize, set priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple work assignments
  • Ability to produce high quality work while meeting productivity expectations
