Private WealthSolutionswas established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world's largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone's Private WealthSolutionsteam packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone's alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.

Job Description:

Blackstone is seeking a highly motivated professional to support our Private Wealth Solutions Business Development team in expanding our analytics & reporting capabilities globally. This role, will partner across PWS & Blackstone teams with responsibilities that include:

  • Support the global buildout of PWS analytics across sales channels

  • Generate actionable business insights through in-depth analysis of key initiatives

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models

  • Develop presentations for senior management globally

  • Perform ROI analytics / Initiative Effectiveness

  • Assist with special projects in support of the overall businesses


Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

The successful candidate must have:

  • 1+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management or other related businesses

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Knowledge and Proficiency across Tableau, Essbase, Salesforce

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
