The Director, Portfolio Performance Monitoring is responsible to create tools and systems to ensure ViiV Healthcare has end-to-end visibility of US performance, opportunities and risks across brands, channels and customers. The Director will oversee the design and optimize the delivery of integration data to provide context for data and make findings more consumable for a broad range of stakeholders. The Director will engage with data and analytics professionals, brand and market access leaders and ViiV leadership to foster leveraging insights across the organization and continually update and upgrade tools and capabilities to adapt to changing business needs. The Director will lead a team and report to the Sr. Director of US Insights and Analytics, ViiV HealthCare. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following… Develop and execute a clear and effective plan to measure and report portfolio performance leveraging enabling technology which provides context to the insights and is consumable to the recipients Drive the adoption of best practices in data and insight communications to optimize the delivery of key information and enable the organization to leverage insights in a timely and effective manner Fosters consultation and acts as a trusted partner with business partners to interpret data and information to tackle critical challenging issues Understand complex trends in the US marketplace (e.g., through analysis and market research), to effectively monitoring and reporting across the US portfolio Serve as a strategic and partner who bridges data and insights across the organization including but not limited to market research and advanced analytics Coordinate with Brand Teams to translate strategic and operational objectives into KPIs advancing our practices in continuous improvement Break down silos in reporting across various commercial teams; Lead and drive performance with integrity, being a role model for team and peers Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's Degree 8 plus years of pharmaceutical experience to include Marketing, Sales, and/or Commercial roles Project Management Experience Leadership Experience Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: 4-Year or Master's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Life Sciences Proven leadership experience organizing, managing, and motivating teams to perform in a fast-paced dynamic environment Detailed oriented and operationally focused with a track record of improving process and leading through change Experience working with diverse set of stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes that create business impact Highly collaborative, with experience of building and nurturing productive networks Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to break down complex topics into understandable vignettes Very strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a time and resource constrained environment Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups and senior leaders Why ViiV Healthcare?
