Sr Finance Manager


Manages and oversees operational and financial processes for the District/Marketplace -- including asset management, cash flow and control policies -- in an efficient, cost effective and customer service oriented manner, using good judgment and the highest level of integrity when making decisions involving financial reporting and operating results.


  • Creates administrative, operational and financial policies, procedures and processes that support financial goals and performance expectations.
  • Functions as a business partner with district and marketplace management. Establishes an open line of communication with all levels within the district and works closely with management to maintain consistent best practices.
  • Ensures adherence to sound, generally accepted accounting principles, such as accurate matching of revenues and cost, sound capital decisions, proper valuation of inventories and other assets and consistency in the application of these and other principles.

  • Provides District/Marketplace management with key analytical measurements on district performance.
  • Ensures the protection of assets and their proper utilization by determining that all controls and accounting policies are followed throughout the company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

Typically Required:
  • College degree (major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Math preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • CPA a plus.
  • Requires minimum of 7 years working experience in Finance related area.
