Our Planning department is seeking a new teammate to help us along this journey and this role is factory based. We are looking for a go-getter that can handle a very fast pace and lots of change. You must be willing to take on new challenges every day, play your position on the team, and strive for excellence. The key management metrics are 1) Service 2) Cost 3) Cash 4) APO/SAP Execution.

Position Responsibilities
  • Design and execute best practices/processes to balance service, inventory, and waste
  • Proactively identify and mitigate future risks to the business. Drive change agenda that will get ahead of a crisis. Should a crisis occur, he or she is responsible for crisis leadership across the factory.
  • Support the planning department in safety, efficiency, loss management, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain production schedules for manufacturing facility, and execute the subsequent MRP cycles, managing materials in support of the schedules.
  • Support of forecast/inventory targets and communication of weekly production schedules to manufacturers and other stakeholders on a timely basis.
  • Communicate with manufacturers and raw/packaging suppliers on material requirements, processing returns of non-conforming materials when required.
  • Proactively lead change for improving efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Must develop good working rapport with manufacturers and vendors at all levels in their organization.
  • Must & will be crossed trained in at least one additional portfolio to properly support the team and business.

  • You're a born leader: You will lead the site in managing a materials portfolio to support the operational requirements for the site. You will lead & support the site in leading project improvement teams.
  • You're a dot connector: You are the key interface between demand & material planning, production, quality, and logistics. You own and cascade service updates to the supply chain.
  • You're a paradox navigator: You will preparecapacity constrainedsupply plan in APO/SAP balancing service and inventory. You play a central role in cost control through inventory planning
  • You're a strategy guru: This position is the focal point of the tactical operation of the category. Numerous interfaces requiring experience, good judgment, people skills and process understanding.
  • You're a culture & change champion: You and your team drive the culture in your actions and your delivery of our site's key performance indicators. You step into course correct and navigate to ensure that we have a clear line of site in delivering our Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People performance set.


What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, supply chain Management, Procurement and related filed
  • Minimum of 1 -2 years in material Planning/manufacturing, operations, scheduling experience in a large CPG environment, or relevant experience
  • Knowledgeable in SAP/APO & ECC, Excel & Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in straight-forward ways to multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong sense of teamwork, and strategic influence
