General Purpose of Job

This role will perform and deliver on routine 3rd-party digital platform technology/digital assignments/projects in support of Lincolns annuity product portfolio while leveraging and applying knowledge of assigned area(s). They will contribute to the implementation of 3rd--party digital solutions that favorably position Lincolns products in the market and drive growth. They will monitor the accuracy of products presented on 3rd-party digital platforms as well as research technology providers. They will execute project deliverables and provide on-going support of annutity product portfolio goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Actively identifies and implements process improvements of maintenance and delivery of product information to third party provider sites

Advocates for focus on the customer experience and provides feedback to third party providers to enhance digital interactions

Gathers data for metrics to evaluate success of third-party technology initiatives to ensure favorable ROI for Lincoln

Assists and supports relationships with third party digital platform technology/third party digital providers; sustains partnerships as products & technology evolve

Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Investigates and resolves issues/conflicts; escalates to management or senior team members as needed.

Facilitates the procurement of needed hardware/software and human resources.

Collaborates with internal teams, which can include product development & pricing, marketing, sales, operations and/or strategy, to document current & emerging third-party technology needs & pain points

Performs assigned activities to ensure successful outcomes of projects/initiatives.

Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.

Monitors and validates budget expenses for projects and technology digital providers

Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Proactively communicates product changes to external partners to ensure Lincolns annuity product information is accurate and up-to-date

Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of their assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Regularly conducts research to explore alternative platforms and evolving marketing technology capabilities

Provides feedback to products team(s) to ensure products are compatible with and can fully leverage the functionality of technology platforms while maintaining knowledge of entire product portfolio

Supports the execution of marketing technology/digital initiatives to facilitate growth

Reviews presentation, and tests Lincolns products on third-party platforms to ensure accuracy, positive positioning, and enhanced visibility

4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) - Minimum Required



1 - 3+ Years experience in marketing, sales, and/or product development directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this role (Required )

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid/Home:Employees will work from home generally three days each week and come into a Lincoln office on a schedule their manager will help set, following any applicable in-office training period determined by their manager.
